Are Coworking Offices the Rage?

Mar 21, 2023 13:43:14 PM by

We live in the age of the tech entrepreneur; in case you haven’t been paying attention to those yahoos (no pun intended) down in Santa Clara County. And multiple times per year, those tech geniuses will give us multiple new products and websites that are “destined to change the game.” That’s in quotes, not because it’s untrue, but because they can’t all change the game. Not every trend is going to pan out.

But if you can spot that trend that’s going to make it, well, that’s how you get rich in this part of the world. Wouldn’t it have been nice to be on the ground floor of Apple before the first iPod? But you could just as easily end up promoting the next Microsoft Zune.

Well, we’ve got a trend for you that’s not going anywhere. I’m not saying it’ll make you rich, but it’s definitely going to rise in popularity. You’ll be seeing it in Silicon Valley, San Francisco, and even right here in Dublin: coworking spaces.

  • What is it?

Think of a coworking space as a newsroom, a library or any other office setting. Except, instead of cubicles, we have open plan desks. You’ll have your own dedicated workspace and plenty of room to move around. And just like a library, this is a place meant for getting things done efficiently and quietly.

  • Why is it becoming so popular?

It has a lot to do with telecommuting and working from home. These trends are only getting more popular, especially in the techno-centric Bay Area. And if you’ve ever worked from home, you know it’s not all rainbows and pajama pants. It can be tough to focus and get work done, especially if you have a family at home.

With coworking space, you get all the benefits of an office, but at a fraction of the cost.

  • But what if I need private space?

Come on, we’re no amateurs. We’ve considered the needs of our clientele, and we’ve got you covered. We have phone booths available for taking important business calls, and these are not your average Clark Kent phone booths. They are spacious and comfortable, and inside the building. Plus, if you ever need to meet face-to-face with a client, we can provide private office space as needed.
